What do you imagine is sacred femininity? How do you connect to the sacred feminine in you?
In a shared journey of discovery we will explore these questions, our thoughts and our experiences through discussion, meditation and creative expression.
This workshop offers opportunities for personal reflection as well as chances to socialise with others and investigate issues you might not usually look into, in a gentle and relaxed environment.

Meditation Group

Practice meditation in a safe and respectful space, with others who value the experience.
Suitable for beginners & those with experience. Meets weekly, during term time only.

Duration: 1 hour, with tea/coffee & biscuits afterwards

Meditation is a method of relaxing the body and mind.
It can be utilised simply as a way of relaxing and letting go of day to day stresses and concerns, or as a form of spiritual practice connecting a person’s awareness of self (physical, emotional & intellectual) with that which is held sacred.
Whatever reason you wish to practice meditation, this group offers the opportunity to practice in a safe and respectful space, with others who value the experience.
We hope that this group will offer those who are new to meditation the chance to increase in confidence so as to establish their own individual practice, and that for those who are experienced it will offer inspiration and freshness to their established practice.
Attend weekly or drop in whenever you are available.
